At Union Lighting & Decor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward return process within 14 days of receipt for most items in their original condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and confirmation of eligibility.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack your items in their original manufacturer packaging, including all hardware, instructions, and protective materials to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Item
Affix your shipping label and the RMA number to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
